My husband and I were in Santa Barbara celebrating our one-year anniversary, and while we were riding bikes along the beach path, I suddenly got a craving for coffee. We popped into Caje thinking we'd just grab a simple black coffee, but we ended up ordering the Jupiter's Forest (I think that was the name!). First of all, this was probably the best coffee I've ever had—and I definitely don't say that lightly. It was so unique, perfectly balanced, and unlike anything I've tried before. Secondly, the presentation was absolutely adorable. It came with edible gold flakes, a dried grapefruit garnish, and these beautiful sparkly gold accents on the glass. It felt like a little piece of art as much as a drink. If you're in Santa Barbara and love coffee, this place is an absolute must-visit!

Had the best drinks and food here. Worked out that this location was right below our airbnb. The specialty drinks were so creative and delicious. I’ll definitely be back when Im in the area again.

The matcha was $10.25 and tasted like straight milk. For $10+, I thought there would at least be cold foam, or oat milk. It was just a small regular milk drink that had no matcha or rose flavor. Purely for aesthetics

This is a very cute and lovely coffee shop. First of all, the coffee is really delicious. Second, I accidentally spilled it right after I walked out of the coffee shop, and they made me a new one for free. That was so sweet and thoughtful of them!!! 😍

Stopped by Caje Coffee Roasters in Santa Barbara and really enjoyed it. The ambiance is chill and welcoming — great spot to relax. Had the caprese panini and rosemary Thai tea, both were solid, especially the tea — super refreshing and a nice twist. Good vibes, good food, would definitely come back.
